Beat the Clock Against Breast Cancer
11th Annual Race Delta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma announces its 11th Annual Race against Breast Cancer. Runners and walkers, as well as sponsors, are welcome to join us on Saturday, September 28, 2013.
The 5K Run/2-mile Fun Walk goes along flat, residential streets in the scenic beach community of Stone Harbor, NJ.
Delta Kappa Gamma is an International Society of Key Women Educators with over 50 members in Cape May County. The mission of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International is to promote the professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education. Each year, this organization awards a scholarship to a graduating high school senior who has been a responsible and academically-focused student during high school and who is planning to further his/her education.
Over the past ten years, through our efforts with Beat the Clock Against Breast Cancer, we have donated over $73,150 to the American Cancer Society in addition to funding the scholarship.
